DermaaDelete your data

You can delete your Dermaa account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From inside the app
This is immediate and needs no request:
- Open Dermaa and tap your profile picture at the top right of the screen to open Profile.
- Scroll to the Account section at the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
By email
If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email reckad007@gmail.com from the address you registered with, asking us to delete your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
We ask you to write from your registered address so we can be sure the request is really yours — we will not delete an account on someone else's say-so.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed permanently:
- Your login and profile — email, skin profile, concerns, goals and preferences
- Every photo you uploaded — face scans, meal photos and your profile picture
- All skin analyses and skin scores
- All check-ins, moods, symptoms, triggers and notes
- Your routine, routine history and streaks
- All diet, water and sleep logs
- Every coach conversation and message
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing personal is retained after deletion. There is no grace period and no recoverable backup copy — once your account is gone we cannot restore it, so please export or screenshot anything you want to keep beforehand.
Two narrow exceptions: anonymous feedback you submitted through the app is not linked to your identity and remains as unattributed product feedback, and billing records held by Google Play are retained by Google under their own policy, which we do not control.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before deleting your account, or you may continue to be billed.
